Totally Special


My class for Saturday, to complete this class you will need;
A 5x7 photo that can be trimmed slightly.
A distressing tool

Hope this is a better picture for you. I have added my title and I will be bringing the font with me.
Just a few added needs you will need a fine black pen, removeable glue, black inpad, silicone glue if you have it or glue of your choice, a 1" circle I used the lid off my 3D gloss also an apron and if you do not like inky finger then I suggest some gloves!! Also a heat gun might come in handy although I will be bringing mine but if you have your own then it saves on time!

You will need

1 6x4 landscape black and white photo- ideally one that you can tear an edge around; a headshot would be best.  If it is a much loved photo please get a copy made as this is a messy class
Please bring removeable glue, a black inkpad, an apron and a black pen
Also bring rubber gloves if you don't like inky fingers

Scraplift challenge!

We do not have the papers I used for this layout but I have written up the instructions so you can create your own version.

You will need 2 sheets plain cardstock (background and title) and 7 different patterns although you could easily use less than this by using a pattern more than once!

Here is my class for Saturday.  I have used 3 wallet size prints but as always you can use whatever size photo you choose and adapt the layout to suit.

You will need:

Your usual scrapping tools
Paper distresser
Lightening black ink

Julia's class for July 6th class


For this months class you will need,
Three 4x6 portrait photos trimmed to 3 1/4 x 4 3/4.
Blue ink - I used Aegean blue.
plus the usual tools.

You will need a black ink pad. You can use a 7 x 5 photo, two 6 x 4 photos, or four small photos like mine.

Want to make our fun photo props? - our moustaches are made from card with a straw threaded through and the eyebrows complete the picture!

Sue's class for June's crop





My photo is 5 x 7.5, you could easily use a 7 x 5 or two 6x4 portrait photos instead.

I used a lightning black inkpad.

Fiona's class for June's crop







You will need a 7"x5" portrait photo plus 3 others that can be cut to 3x4" one of which to be landscape. Yep its a multi photo layout, distressed, scrunched, scratched and inked. May include stamping!!
You will need foam pads, scratchy tool distressing tool white gel pen black inkpad and gold ink plus usual scrapping tools of mass construction. See you soon x

Birthday crop 1st June

Our next crop is on Saturday 1st June and as it is the crop birthday we have a special extended day.

There are two options for you...the normal 10am to 4pm at £6.50, or all 12 hours from 10am to 10pm for £10.00.

There will be three classes during the day (cost around £6 each). The layouts will be on the blog shortly at http://scrapbus.blogspot.co.uk/

There is a fab raffle with lots of prizes (free ticket with entry fee) and Fiona will be offering a limited edition masterclass to make porcelain roses (more details to follow). We are also launching our circle journal project - find out more at the crop!

Please bring your own lunch and tea. We will do a fish and chip run in the evening for those interested.
